The digest focuses on global and regional issues and the role of international regional integration (in Eurasia and Latin America) in their decision. The following systematic problems that can be solved by using the integration mechanisms are offered: legal support of forming of the customs union and the common economic area, the common market in the framework of integration associations in Eurasia and Latin America; the role of practice of the courts of integration associations in the development of integration in the Eurasian and Latin American space; unification of private international law in Eurasian and Latin American states; prospects and directions of cooperation of integration associations of Eurasia and Latin America. The authors explore the impact of international integration on the development of international law, trends and prospects of development of regional integration law. The study and the findings will be of interest to specialists in the field of comparative law, general theory and methodology of law, public and private international law, as well as for anyone interested in development of interstate integration associations and harmonization of law.
